Rakesh has built over 20 years of residential and commercial real estate across Jharkhand through Shubh Life Realty. He knows which taluka has clear title land, which village sarpanch to talk to, and which soil grows the best turmeric. He started Vanpras because he watched his own father spend retirement staring at walls in a Ranchi flat — and decided no one in his family, or anyone else's, should have to do that again.
Tanay Pratap
On Ground Labs · AI & Technology
Tanay spent a decade at Microsoft building Outlook and Teams for 100 million users, then left to start On Ground Labs — an AI research lab with 23 researchers, 14 active projects, and 3 patents filed. He is also a Bloomsbury-published author. Vanpras is personal for him: his parents live alone in a tier-2 city, and every Sunday call ends with the same quiet worry. He is building the system he wishes already existed for them.

She also taught hundreds of developers to build real software at neoG Camp, where she learned something most engineers never do: how to explain complex systems to people who are not engineers. At Vanpras, she is building the technology layer that your 65-year-old father will never have to think about — and your 35-year-old self will trust completely.
Tanvi Priya

Tanvi walked away from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas — one of India's most elite law firms — to co-found neoG Camp, where she built the entire operational backbone from zero: admissions, finances, compliance, team. That same instinct for structured chaos is what Vanpras needs. Land deals, government clearances, community governance, legal frameworks for freehold farmland — she makes the complex parts run quietly so the living parts feel effortless.
Dhirendra Rai

Dhirendra has spent decades building industrial businesses across Uttar Pradesh. He knows the Lucknow land market the way a farmer knows monsoon timing — instinctively. His network runs deep into UP's commercial and regulatory corridors. When Vanpras expands to Lucknow, Dhirendra is why the land will be right, the approvals will be clean, and the local relationships will already be warm.
