AI/ML Engineer

Ranchi / Remote Engineering

What you'll do

  • -Build health monitoring models that detect anomalies in vital signs, sleep patterns, and daily activity
  • -Develop activity recognition systems that understand resident movement and alert caregivers to falls or inactivity
  • -Create predictive crop health models using drone imagery, soil sensors, and weather data
  • -Deploy models to edge devices for real-time inference without cloud dependency
  • -Collaborate with On Ground Labs researchers on patent-pending wellness algorithms

What you bring

  • -Strong Python chops — PyTorch or TensorFlow, not just sklearn
  • -Experience with edge deployment (ONNX, TensorRT, or similar)
  • -Comfort with time-series data, sensor fusion, or computer vision
  • -Ability to go from research paper to production code

Why this role matters: You'll build the AI brain that watches over hundreds of residents and thousands of acres of farmland — technology that gives families peace of mind and keeps people healthier, longer.

IoT & Embedded Systems Engineer

Ranchi Engineering

What you'll do

  • -Design and deploy sensor networks across farm plots — soil moisture, weather stations, air quality, water flow
  • -Build the edge compute hub that processes sensor data locally before sending it to the cloud
  • -Automate irrigation, lighting, and greenhouse systems based on real-time sensor readings
  • -Integrate wearable health devices with the Vanpras OS wellness platform
  • -Ensure everything works reliably in rural Jharkhand — power outages, connectivity drops, monsoons

What you bring

  • -Hands-on experience with Raspberry Pi, ESP32, or similar microcontrollers
  • -Fluency in MQTT, BLE, LoRa, or Zigbee protocols
  • -Linux systems administration and shell scripting
  • -The kind of person who enjoys making things work in the field, not just on a bench

Why this role matters: You'll wire up the nervous system of Vanpras — every sensor, every actuator, every data stream that makes the farm intelligent and the living experience seamless.

Full-Stack Developer

Remote Engineering

What you'll do

  • -Build the family dashboard — the app where children check in on their parents' wellness, farm output, and daily schedule
  • -Develop the farm management application for staff — task assignment, crop tracking, inventory
  • -Create admin tools for community operations — billing, maintenance requests, event scheduling
  • -Integrate real-time data streams from IoT sensors into clean, intuitive interfaces

What you bring

  • -React/Next.js on the frontend, Node.js on the backend — you're comfortable owning both
  • -PostgreSQL (or similar) for data modeling and querying
  • -An eye for clean UI — you care about the pixel, not just the function
  • -Experience with real-time data (WebSockets, SSE) is a plus
  • -Bonus: mobile development with React Native or Flutter

Agronomist / Farm Manager

Ranchi Farm Operations

What you'll do

  • -Design crop rotation plans that maximize yield while keeping the soil alive and chemical-free
  • -Manage soil health programs — composting, cover cropping, microbiome management
  • -Lead organic certification efforts and maintain compliance documentation
  • -Train and supervise farm assistants — many of whom will be learning modern techniques for the first time
  • -Work with the AI team to ground-truth sensor data against actual field conditions

What you bring

  • -Agricultural degree (B.Sc/M.Sc Agriculture, Horticulture, or related)
  • -Field experience — you've grown things, not just studied them
  • -Familiarity with organic farming practices and certification processes
  • -Openness to technology — you'll work alongside AI systems daily

Community Manager

Ranchi Operations

What you'll do

  • -Be the first point of contact for residents — their go-to person for everything from a broken tap to a birthday celebration
  • -Plan and coordinate community activities — yoga mornings, cultural evenings, farm tours, festival celebrations
  • -Manage resident feedback loops and continuously improve the living experience
  • -Coordinate with families, keeping them updated and involved in their parents' lives
  • -Build the culture of Vanpras — inclusive, warm, active, dignified

What you bring

  • -Genuine warmth — you light up a room and people trust you instinctively
  • -Background in hospitality, event management, or community work
  • -Fluent in Hindi; English is a plus but not required
  • -Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with grace

Why this role matters: Technology is the backbone, but community is the heartbeat. You'll be the human element that turns a housing project into a home people never want to leave.

Healthcare Coordinator

Ranchi Healthcare

What you'll do

  • -Establish tie-ups with hospitals and specialist clinics in Ranchi for priority access
  • -Schedule doctor visits, manage prescriptions, and coordinate with pharmacies
  • -Design and manage emergency response protocols — from first response to hospital transfer
  • -Create wellness programs: preventive health checkups, physiotherapy routines, mental health support
  • -Interface with the AI health monitoring system to translate alerts into clinical action

What you bring

  • -Background in healthcare, nursing, or hospital administration
  • -Understanding of geriatric health needs and chronic disease management
  • -Strong organizational skills — lives literally depend on your follow-through
  • -Comfort with technology and data-driven health monitoring

Sales & Business Development

Ranchi / Lucknow Business

What you'll do

  • -Sell farm plots and residential units to families across Jharkhand and UP — this is consultative selling, not cold calling
  • -Host site visits that tell the Vanpras story — let the land and the vision do the convincing
  • -Build and manage relationships with investors, NRI communities, and corporate wellness programs
  • -Work with marketing to create compelling sales collateral and event strategies

What you bring

  • -Experience in real estate sales, premium hospitality, or high-value consultative selling
  • -A natural storyteller who can articulate vision, not just features
  • -Strong network in Ranchi/Lucknow tier-2 business circles
  • -Comfort with CRM tools and data-driven sales processes
  • -Hindi fluency essential; English for investor conversations
